438 remains a hypothetical band made up of four guys who, with some overlap, lived in a specific apartment in providence, rhode island from 2000-2002. currently, with the exception of the image above (and this text) all that exists at this site is a small collection of max/msp patches written by bean (bottom left) for monome devices.
